4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Distributing illegal, abusive or misleading content.
• Fraudulent marketing or phishing activities.
• Violating telecom operator or government regulations.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. DLT & Regulatory Compliance

Customers using Bulk SMS or related messaging services are responsible for completing DLT registration, Sender ID approval, and template registration as required by TRAI and telecom operators. Message delivery depends upon compliance with these regulations.

6. Payments & Billing

• All pricing is subject to applicable taxes.
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms.
• Unused balances are generally non-refundable.
• Service pricing may change without prior notice.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted services, delivery speed and availability may depend on telecom operators, internet connectivity, third-party platforms, scheduled maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, graphics, logos, and website materials are the intellectual property of SMSTouch and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Security

We value your privacy and implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

SMSTouch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, delivery delays, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse our platform, or engage in unlawful activities.
